When can I expect my order?
A. We
ship most orders
via U.P.S. Most orders leave
Sportjunk within 24 hours.
Please allow up
to additional 10 business days to deliver your order to your
home.
Q.
When do I receive an order confirmation?
A. The
last page you will see after you have
placed your order is your order
confirmation. Please make sure you print it, due to it
being your receipt.
Q.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A. When
you check out, before you enter your
credit card information, you will be
shown how much shipping will cost.
It is on the same page where you enter your customer information.
Q.
How do I pay by check or money order or
school purchase orders?
A.
We do not accept
checks, but you may send money order or
purchase orders from schools. Order the item
just like normal. On the page where you
enter in your information, click the
"For Mail and Fax Orders" button to
display the order information. Print
this out and mail it to us with your
money order, or send it with a copy of
your purchase order
Q.
Can I return anything?
A.
You can return any
unused item up to 30 days after you receive
it (Unless it has been customized). Just send it back to us with a note
(preferably with your order number)
explaining what was wrong. You CANNOT return
any item that has been used, unless it
is defective.
Q. I've used a bat
and I don't like it or it was defective.
Can I send it back?
A.
Unfortunately, the
only way we can take a bat back is if it
is unused. You CANNOT return a bat
to us that has been used for a refund,
no exceptions. If the bat is
defective, you must contact the
manufacturer about their warranty
policy, and send it to them.

Do you ship international?
A. Yes, but because of the growing concern over
Internet fraud and the general imperfect
process of verifying International
orders, we have made certain
requirements necessary in order to
complete orders billed or shipped
overseas:
1. At this time we require that all
orders billed or shipped out of the
U.S.A. must be phoned in to our offices
in order to be completed. A qualified
sales representative will outline your
payment options, as well as being able
to place your order immediately. Our

2. American Express credit/charge
cards or a Wire Transfer are the
preferred methods of payment for
International Orders.
3. VISA/MasterCard credit cards are
the most difficult to verify and may
take longer to process. If verification
cannot be properly confirmed, SportJunk
reserves the right to refuse the credit
card issued and require that a wire
transfer or an American Express card be
the only method used for payment. Please
keep this in mind before ordering.
4. No orders will be shipped out if
verification cannot be confirmed.
